In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
